Wanderlust Waypoints: NOLA is sitting right in the heart of Mardi Gras culture. We are located directly next to the intercoastal waterway and just up the road from the French Quarter. We’ve got space, tools, power hook-ups, and water and we’re close to everything. Build your bus, tiny house, RV, or just stop by to visit and have a little bit of community.

NOLA is one of our smaller locations, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for with proximity, opportunity, and availability. We’ve got approximately 5-10 sites available for an assortment of rig sizes with just about any power needs.
Amenities currently include a community shower, laundry facilities, and a shared kitchen.
To provide a safe place and a secure environment for all our guests and families, we require some paperwork and we run a background check on anyone staying on-site overnight.
NOLA only has a small number of sites but we are fully stocked with tools and have more than enough power to get any project accomplished.
Since we’re in the heart of New Orleans you can get anything you could need. All the major chains are just 15 minutes up the road. Steel suppliers, lumber yards, and every trade professional are available usually on the same day.
The city of New Orleans is ripe with opportunity for you to get your fill of culture, education, museums and so much more.
Right up the road is the French Quarter with all its beautiful and unique architecture, style, and ambiance. Visit the Mardi Gras World art museum and get a New Orleans Mardi Gras experience no matter when you visit. Stop by the National WWII Museum and take in the history then stop by BB’s Stage Door Canteen and grab a bite and watch a show.
And that’s just fifteen minutes away, there’s SO much more to do in New Orleans that you’ll never be bored!
New Orleans is known for having a pretty good knack for having a good time and since we’re in the thick of that… there’s always a place to go and play.
The Frech Quarter always has live music and entertainment, there are ghost tours, carriage rides, and some of the best nightlife in the country. Stop by one of the legendary locations and talk to some locals… the stories they have are second to none.
Food?….. Oh, NOLA has you covered there. From massive chains to beignets to backwoods bayou watering holes, acclaimed chefs are preparing amazing dishes with flavors from around the globe!
