If you’d like to come to stay on any of our Waypoints properties, we’ll need a few things from you as our guests. We require all guests to upload a copy of the front and back of their state-issued ID. We’ll run a simple background check. This is to ensure a safe and secure community for all our guests and their families.

As long as the background check comes back clean, we will then send a form through Adobe Sign that will allow you to read and agree to the Location Rules as well as sign our Waiver of Liability and, if needed, our Storage/Lodging Agreement or Work Trade Paperwork Packet.

PLEASE NOTE: Cabins/Cottages require a deposit and some locations require advance notice of cottage requirements.

NOTES: Cash payments CANNOT be accepted by your camp host at check-in for your stay (except Baker Mountain). All payments are processed through our bank (Found: Secured by Piermont Bank, Member FDIC). Once you complete the form, you will receive an invoice to your registered email to complete the payment. 

To keep our rates low, all payment methods incur a 3.96% processing fee imposed by the payment processing companies.

NOTES: Electronic app-based payments can be made through a number of apps including Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle. Payments must be made prior to your stay.

NOTES: Work Trade participants are screened and interviewed and a background check is performed. Work trade credits cannot be used toward cottages/cabins or uyility fees. The work trade program operates on an as-needed basis at each location and may not be available when you request your stay.

GUEST INFORMATION

Please complete all fields for each guest over 18 staying on-site overnight. After submitting this form we will check our booking calendar and if a site is available at the location you chose you will receive the Waiver and Hold Harmless agreement to sign. You will also need to submit a photo of the front and back of your state-issued ID on the contract. This allows us to enter you into our registration system and perform a basic background check.
